Here's another Benchmade 42 that a brave owner has modified.

He started by cutting off the latch.  Like many who've tried this, he

found one nasty void in the Titanium casting.  Otherwise, his efforts

came out quite nicely.  Notice how nicely he's rounded off the 

ends of his handles.
