The Balisong Collector's Gin and Tonic
1 1/2 oz Tanqueray Gin
5 oz Schwepps Tonic Water
1/6 Medium Lime
Ice
Always keep your Tanqueray Gin in the freezer (No, it won't freeze, it's 80 proof).
Always keep your Schwepps Tonic Water in the 'fridge.
Always use a chilled glass.
Squeeze the Lime Slice into the glass.
Add the Tanqueray Gin.
Pour the Tonic Water into the Gin (this way you don't have to mix)
Add Ice

The Balisong Collector's Famous "Old No. 7" Bread
2 Cups White Flour
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
3 Tablespoons Gluten Flour
3 Tablespoons Sugar
3 Tablespoons Lecithin Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Teaspoons Yeast
1 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Jack Daniels Whiskey
In a small bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients except the yeast.
Pour the Water and the Whiskey into the bottom of your bread maker's pan.
Add the Dry ingredients on top of the liquids.
Put the yeast on top.
Use the "Whole Wheat" Cycle.



  
The Balisong Collector's Garlic Herb Butter
2 Sticks of Salted Butter at Room Temperature
1 Clove of Garlic, Peeled.
1 Tablespoon of Rosemary
1 Teaspoon of Basil
1/2 Teaspoon of Fresh Ground Pepper
Crush the Garlic into the butter.
Add the Herbs.
Mix it all together very well.
